GENERAL
Telephone bills contain following charges:
- Periodic rental charges
- Local call charges (inclusive STD&ISD calls)
- Inland & international trunk calls
- Miscellaneous charges (if any)
ISSUE OF BILLS
Telephone bills are issued every alternate month for the scheduled bill date .
STD calls are metered on the local meter itself & STD charges are included in the local call charges .
The rentals are charged in arrears according to calling pattern with effect from 1/5/99
The local call charges are for the previous two months & include calls made upto 15 days prior to the date of the bills.
The trunk call charges are normally for the two months & include trunk calls upto 15 days prior to the date of the bill.
