About MTNL Dialer :
Integrated dialer software product comprises of a dialer software further consisting of an apparatus and method for displaying the messages in a web browser on an internet access device during the idle time. The system includes a message display program that monitors whether the system is dialing a modem to connect to the Internet,. If this or any other pre-configured condition occurs, the program reads a message or advertisement from non-volatile storage and causes the message to be displayed in a browser window. The system also includes a message (where a message could be an advertisement or any other content) fetcher program that retrieves new messages (advertisements or any other content) over the Internet from one or more message servers during the time that you are connected to the Internet without making any reference of this activity to you.

Instructions to Download MTNL Dialer :
- Click the download link below. The Dialog box that appears gives you two options - First, Run from the location and Second, Save program to disk.
- Click Save Program to disk button and if desired choose the location on disk to save the file, and start the download of file.
- After the download is complete double-click the downloaded file to install the dialer.

- The dialer software will now start to unpack the required files.
- The MTNL Dialer Software License Agreement would be shown. Select I Accept and then click Next to proceed with the installation of dialer.
- After the installation procedure is over, a window will appear asking you to restart your computer for changes to take effect. Select Yes and click Finish to complete the installation.
