New Housing Society Centrex Plan.
  • MTNL introduces the New Landline , Society Plan – ‘Loyal’ and ‘New’ for Centrex facility. The terms & condition are as below:
Society Plan – Loyal

1. Minimum No. of connections for eligibility of this Plan 5
2. Monthly fixed charges for the new Centrex line (Only I/C)

Rs.50/- per month
3. No. of free calls

50 calls extra on one of the main Loyal number.
4. Centrex Charges

Nil

5. Security Deposit

Nil
6. Installation Charges

Nil

7. No. of free calls on Centrex Line

Unlimited within Centrex Group
8. Registration charges

NIL


  • Members of Society who do not have MTNL connection presently can also take one connection in Society Plan for Centrex facility only. This Plan is termed as “Society Plan – New”. The charges for which will be as under.

1. Registration / Installation charges Nil
2. Security Deposit

Rs. 500/-
3. Monthly fixed charges for Centrex connection (Only I/C)

Rs. 100/-
4. Centrex Charges

Nil

5. Free calls within Centrex group

Unlimited


  • Members who had surrendered their MTNL connection can also be given one connection under Society Plan loyal (free intercom) provided they revive their old connection under any existing landline plan (other than Society Plan ) They may get their old number for this connection provided it is not in use. These members will be given one extra Centrex connection under same terms and conditions which are described above for Society Plan – Loyal.


  • The users of Society Plan – new / Loyal are allowed to switch over to any of the existing landlines plan at any time. However, new plan will be applicable from 1st of the next month only.

    For society Plan – Loyal no security deposit is to be taken for local/STD but Rs. 3000/- security deposit is to be collected for ISD facility.

    For Society Plan – New Rs.1000/- security deposit is to be taken for local / STD and Rs. 3000/- for ISD facility.

  • Centrex facility on the existing connections of Society members can continue to be provided free of charge as per present arrangement. This can be straight way given on the connections working from the exchange having Centrex for Society Plan. However such members will not get any extra free calls as provided in Society Plan Loyal.


    • Misc. facilities :

    a)One rent free connection in “Economy Plan” will be installed wherever society wants within the complex, for office use of the society. However security deposit, installation charge and usage charges are payable.

    b)One rent free incoming only connection for every Society for Security gate will be provided. However installation charge is payable in the first bill and there is no security deposit.

    c)Group billing facilities can be provided under which individual bills of all members will be delivered at society office which can be distributed to members by the Society. This is optional.

    d)In certain cases where requirement of rent free incoming connections is more, extra connections @ one connection per 50 connections for Security / Misc. use may be given after GM (Area)’s approval. However installation charge is payable in the first bill and there is no security deposit.

    e)Special Loyalty discount as per existing GVD structure on total calls made by all the customers of that Group Housing Society.
