FREE PHONE SERVICE

Tariff

Any user in the telephone network can call the FPH number free of charge. All the charges are levied on the service number (one who subscribes for the service and receives the calls). For the calling user the calls are free of charge. The service subscriber is allotted a FPH Service number (four digits). For same FPH service number, the subscriber can have many destination numbers. Any subscriber who is willing to become a free phone subscriber outside the cities where the IN Switches are installed, the call charges will be as per the national STD tariff. The charges indicated here are FPH service charges and they do not include the normal charges levied for basic telephony service. The services are provided on existing telephone connections, or the connections obtained separately as per rules. The minimum period of hire of the service will be three months
Registration Charges for the service (one time)	Rs. 3,000/-
Creation/deletion/addition/modification of every FPH destination number	Rs. 100/-
Monthly Charges for FPH service number (recoverable in advance)	Rs. 2,800/-
Security Deposit	Rs. 10,000/-
Feature Charges
Basic Feature Charges The following features are part of basic feature: Reverse Charging One FPH Service Number for multiple destinations Hunting Facility Detailed Billing	Nil (in experimental phase)
Monthly Charges for additional features	Nil (in experimental phase)
(The additional features are optional and are provided/deleted by DOT on request from subscribers. These features are: Time dependent routing Origin dependent routing Call distribution
Charges for change of addition/alteration of feature (per request)	Rs. 100/-
Call charges for each unit (to be billed monthly)	Rs. 1.20
(There will be no free calls from I/C calls billed to subscriber. 30% concession is admissible on the total I/C call charges. Any outgoing calls made from the telephone connections which the subscriber assigns for Free Phone Service will be billed as per usual rate and procedures)
Charges for each additional copy of detailed bill	Rs. 100/-

Note:
1. The minimum period of hire of service is three months.
2. This service can be provided on existing telephone connections or connections obtained separately as per rules.
3. The charges indicated here are FPH service charges and they do not include normal charges levied for basic telephone service.
4. The outgoing calls made from the telephone connections which the FPH subscriber assigns for FPH line will be billed as per usual rates and procedures.
