PSTN Access (X.28, X.32)
(a) Rental of Telephone: As per telephone (b) Modem annual rentals (for subs owned modems: Nil) For Departmental Modems upto 2400 bps, a flat annual rental of Rs. 2,000/- is to be levied. (c) The installation and testing charges for these Departmental and Subs owned modems, a flat charge of Rs. 500/- is to be levied.
Telex (for existing subscriber)
For rentals of telephones for PSTN access, Telex Rentals tariff will be issued separately.
X.75 Gateways	Same as for X.25 access

Volume Charges (for accesses 1.1.1 to 1.1.4 above)
(a) International Call	Rs. 200 per kseg
(b) National Call	Rs. 50 per kseg
(c) Local Call	Rs. 20 per kseg
Note: (1) The volume charges for national and local calls shall be reduced by 50% for calls between 1900 hrs to 0800 hrs. (2) On volume charges, the minimum bimonthly usage charges will be discounted by 60% and amount based on actual usage will also be discounted by 60% and higher of the two will be charged. (3) Discount of 60% will be applied on billed amount of duration charges for X.25, X.28 leased connection. (4) Discount of 80% on duration charges will be applied on billed amount of duration charges for dial up connections. (5) For international call volume charges, discount will be available on the domestic tariff of Rs. 50/- per kseg. To this discounted value, the international volume charges of Rs. 150/- per kseg will be added in full. (6) For the purposes of discount on duration charges of International call, it will be available on the domestic portion of the duration charge i.e. Re. 1/- per minute for X.28 dialup and X.28 leased line and Re. 0.75 per minute for X.25 leased line connections.

Note: Facilities (i) to (vii) should be subscribed for a minimum period of two months
