INLAND TRUNK SERVICE
HOW TO BOOK : DIAL 1580 : You will land on an IVR based Automatic Trunk Booking System (ATBS). If you want to book your call through ATBS follow the announcements. If you want to book your call through operator, When the operator answers, give the following particulars:
- Your telephone number
- Extension number in case of PBX/PABX
- Station to be called with STD code if you know and name of the state, if necessary
- Number to be called with alternate number, if any
CLASS OF CALLS:
Ordinary, Urgent, Lightning Priority, Fixed Time & Subscriber FT Calls
LIGHTNING CALLS :
1. Name of the calling party is to be given at the time of booking of the call.
2. PRIORITY of the call can be lowered by the customer if the call does no become effective within 30 minutes of its booking.
3. SFT Calls are FT Calls booked for 5 or more consecutive days in a week .
Only URGENT category of calls are permitted for this type of calls.
CLASSIFICATION & TARIFF
CLASS OF CALLS & CHARGES
1.Ordinary : 1 Unit Charge as per tariff slab 2.Urgent : Charged twice the ordinary charge 3.Lightning : Charged 8 times the ordinary charge Rs 5/- will be added to the charges as trunk call service charges
