Voluntary Deposit Scheme

NATIONAL TRUNK SERVICES

_CONCESSION ON TRUNK CALLS
___

1. For Ordinary calls within One Hour of booking and before maturity of call : Rs. 5/-
2. For urgent calls within half an hour of booking and before maturity of call : Rs. 5/-
3.For ineffective trunk calls :

a. Called No. given by caller being wrong : 1 Mt. charge + Rs. 5/-
b. Called no. after being rung up refuses to accept trunk calls : 1 Mt. charge + Rs. 5/-
4. For Ineffective fixed time /SFT calls :
a. Call cancelled by subscriber Half an hour before required time of FT or SFT : Rs. 5/-
b. Call Ineffective for any reason other than above (Called No. wrongly given or caller no. refuses to talk or no responsible person etc.) : 1 Mt charges + Rs. 5/-

DIAL 1581 FOR
Cancellation, Change of priority or alternate called number, change of calling number (after 15 min booking time and change is subject to verification with the original calling number within 10 min of such a request) Call desired at a particular time (after one hour of booking time ) .
Try again request Advice on duration and charges for completed calls. Enquire about delay on booked calls.

After 2 hours of booking of ordinary calls.
After 1 hour of booking of urgent calls.
After 20 minutes of booking of Lightning calls.


ATTENTION
The earlier Practice of the operator manually informing the caller at the end of 3 minutes during the course of trunk call is discontinued. Instead, there will be a "beep" tone at the end of minute. No other information will be given. Subscriber will have the option of either to continue or terminate the call. The trunk calls are permitted for a duration of 9 minutes maximum.
