TRUNK CANCELLATION

• Pending Inland Trunk calls will be automatically cancelled at 00.00 hrs. and will be rebooked for the following day, only if the subscribers specifically ask for the same at the time of booking or thereafter prior to 00.00 hrs.
• The tariff to be applied will depend upon the time of commencement of the call regardless of the fact that the call itself may overlap the full rate and the concessional rate periods
• Subscribers at the time of booking a Trunk Call can instruct the booking Operator that the Trunk Call does not mature upto a particular time, the same my be treated as cancelled automatically. But the time given for cancellation should not be less than half an hour in case of urgent calls and one hour in case of ordinary calls from the time of booking. Otherwise Rs. 5/- will be charged as per standard instructions.
