Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP)

DO YOU KNOW WHO'S CALLING YOU? Calling Line Identification Presentation .This Facilitates the customer to know the telephone number of the calling subscriber. Presently this facility is available in E-10B, EWSD, Fetex 150 (New Version) Technology Exchanges

The attachments (DOT/TEC approved ) to be procured, installed & maintained by the customer himself.

Rental charges per month	Nil

* For every request of provisioning/removing the facility there will not be any charges. This is free of charge

Application to be submitted to concerned Quick Customer Service on a plain paper, furnishing particulars regarding name of the Manufacturer of the CLIP Attachment including approval no. from DOT/TEC.

Call Hunting Facility

If a subscriber is having more than one line, Call hunting facility, helps him to use the lines effectively. This facility automatically transfers your incoming call to a free line. Subscribers need not indicate numerous numbers of their organisation on their visiting card or business letters. Principal number need only be indicated or printed. By availing the call hunting facility for a group of numbers of an organisation. If the principal number is dialled, The exchange will automatically hunt for a free number in the same group and the incoming call will land on the free number.

Absentee Service Facility

This facility enables you to attend the calls in your absence. This feature works like a Voice Mail Service without using answering machine. If you avail and activate this facility, you will not receive any incoming call on your Phone, the tape will indicate your absentee to the calling party. During this period, outgoing calls can still be made as usual. On lifting the handset a different dial tone will be heard indicating that the Absentee facility is activated. For this service, calling party's meter will not operate. You can activate or deactivate this facility using following codes according to your convenience.
Activation: Dial "1228" and wait for the acknowledgement tone.
Deactivation: Dial "1229" and wait for the acknowledgement tone.
