Important Note & System Requirements : - Games On Demand Service is not suitable for the Customers having Time Based DSL_TRIB_T10 Plan.

- Gaming Services can be accessed through either of the following two methods.
- Bridge Mode
- Open Internet Access Mode

| Salient Features : |

1. Bridge Mode :
- All downloads during gaming session for downloads and playing under gaming username(xxxxxxx@games) will be free and will not be added in Triband usage account.
- Triband connection will be in Bridge mode
- For Internet access, Triband username should be used.
- Simultaneous gaming and internet access will not be possible.
- Multiplayer games cannot be played with others in the internet domain
- Reconfiguration of Broadband modem is required for accessing Games. Assistance for the same can be obtained by dialling 1504 under option 3.

2. Open Internet Access Mode :
- In this mode, Internet surfing, game download, game playing, mail access etc
. can be done simultaneously.
- Downloads for games within the charge plan will be free. But it will be reflected in Triband usage account.This usage will be subtracted while issuing monthly bill.These downloads can be viewed on-line separately on website http://games.mtnlmumbai.in
- Multiplayer games can be played, but downloads pertaining to multiplayer access during playing will be charged because international bandwidth is involved.
- However downloading multiplayer games to your PC is FREE
- Please note that internet surfing for/during gaming is charged.
