TENDER NOTICE FOR Annual Maintenance Contract Computer terminals,Pentium Pcs,Dump terminals and various Printers installed at CDTMX –Prabhadevi, fountain, Goregaon,Thane-Charai,Panvel centres of CDTMX -MUMBAI System and other offices under GM(LD) unit.

Wax sealed tenders are invited in the prescribed form from reputed concerns for Annual Maintenance Contract of Computer terminals(PCL486-237 Nos),Pentium Pcs(11 Nos),Dump terminals (7 Nos)and various Printers(17 Nos) installed at CDTMX –Prabhadevi, fountain, Goregaon,Thane-Charai,Panvel centres of CDTMX -MUMBAI System and other offices under GM(LD) unit.

Details of the tender are as shown below:-

Tender documents(Non-transferable) can be obtained from O/o Divisional Engineers,Prabhadevi CDTMX, 2nd floor Prabhadevi Telecom Exchnage bldg.,Dadar ,Mumbai 400 028, between 11.00 Hrs and 17.00 Hrs on all working days (except 2^nd Saturdays ) on remittance of tender document fee of Rs. 577/- (Rs. Five hundred seventy seven only) in terms of Demand draft/Pay order drawn in favour of MTNL A/c.No. 0520803 along with a request letter upto 17.00 Hrs of 22-12-2001.

Eligibility :

1) Tenderer should have carried out similar job during last 3 years for a worth of Rs. 11 lakhs.

2) Tenderer should have minimum 3 years experience in the maintainance of PC-486, Pentium Pcs and various Printers in reputed concerns.(Documentary evidence to be produced). Tenderers must have maintained at least 100 computers and 25 printers during last 3 years.

Tender documents will be issued to those firms/persons only who satisfies the above eligibility conditions and produce related documents showing the experience in the field of specified jobs carried out in reputed concerns of Public/ Private , Government departments and also who have an office set up situated in the Municipal area of Greater Mumbai/Thane Dist./Navi Mumbai.
