NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF REMOTE ACCESS SERVERS (RAS).

MTNL,Mumbai invites sealed tenders for supply of "Remote Access Servers" from reputed (Registered) firms.

Pleased find herewith enclosed the following documents :

  • Terms & Conditions - Annexure-C

  • Functional Requirement compliance Proforma - Annexure-D

  • Technical Requirement compliance Proforma - Annexure-E

  • Financial Bid Proforma - Annexure-F

  • Bill of Materials Proforma - Annexure-G

    An amount of Rs.1,154/- (Rs.One Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Four only) is payable as cost of
    the tender document. This amount is to be paid while submitting the tender bid.

    An amount of Rs.1,60.000/- (Rs.One Lakh and Sixty Thousand only) is payable as Earnest Money
    Deposit with this tender. The amount can be paid as specified in clause 7 of the general terms &
    conditions of Annexure C.

    Those,submitting the tender are requested to read the tender documents carefully and submit the
    sealed tenders on or before 30thMay 2002 at 15.00 hours to the Divisional Engineer (Internet),
    MTNL,Mumbai and the tenders will be opened on the same day by 15.30 hours in the presence
    of the bidders or their representative.

    Incomplete tenders which do not conform to the tender requirements will not be accepted.
